This Return & Refund Policy explains how CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co. handles refunds, returns, cancellations, missed sessions, digital products, live classes, replays, consulting, memberships, and print-on-demand orders.
By purchasing through our website, Wix, SamCart, Calendly, Linktree, Zoom registration pages, Printful, Printify, Gelato, or any connected checkout platform, you agree to this policy.
Please read this policy before purchasing.
1. General Policy
CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co. sells educational products, live classes, digital downloads, replays, consulting services, memberships, printables, and physical or print-on-demand products.
Because many of our products are digital, educational, time-based, personalized, or made-to-order, many purchases are final sale.
Refunds are only provided when clearly stated in the offer, required by law, or approved by CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co. in writing.
2. Digital Products
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes:

checklists;

workbooks;
-
printables;
-
digital journals;

slide decks;

class materials;

replay access;
-
audio or video downloads;
-
digital bundles;
-
online microclasses;

downloadable files.
Digital products cannot be returned once access is provided, emailed, downloaded, viewed, or delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for:

failure to read the product description;

“I did not use it” requests;

“I changed my mind” requests.

3. Live Classes, Webinars, and Zoom Events
Live classes, webinars, workshops, trainings, and Zoom events are final sale unless the offer page states otherwise.
When you purchase a live class, you are reserving a seat for a time-based educational event.
Refunds will not be issued for:

missing the live class;

arriving late;
-
forgetting the date or time;
-
entering the wrong email address;
-
failing to check spam or promotions folders;
-
internet or device issues;
-
schedule conflicts;
-
deciding later that the topic is not a fit.
If a replay is included, the replay terms will be listed on the offer page or sent after the class. Replay access is not guaranteed unless clearly stated.
4. Replays and Replay Access
Replay purchases are final sale.
Replay access may be limited by:

time window;
-
platform;
-
purchase type;
-
class bundle;
-
membership access;
-
technical delivery method.
It is your responsibility to watch, download, or access the replay during the stated access period.
Expired replay access does not qualify for a refund.
5. Consulting, Coaching, and Private Sessions
Consulting, coaching, private strategy sessions, audits, and 1:1 services are final sale.
These services involve reserved time, preparation, planning, and customized support.
Refunds will not be issued for:

missed appointments;

late arrivals;
-
no-shows;
-
failure to reschedule in time;
-
buyer’s remorse;
-
failure to complete assigned work;
-
disagreement with recommendations;
-
choosing not to use the information provided.
Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, unless the specific offer states a different window.
No-shows and late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.
6. Subscriptions and Memberships
Some CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co. services may be offered as subscriptions, memberships, recurring access, or paid community access.
By joining a subscription or membership, you authorize recurring billing according to the price, frequency, and terms shown at checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing the billing terms before purchase.
You may cancel future billing according to the instructions provided by the platform where you purchased or by contacting support before your next billing date.
Cancellation stops future billing once processed. It does not automatically create a refund for:

missed sessions;

partial months;

failure to log in;

failure to use the membership;

forgetting to cancel before renewal.
7. Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand products are created specifically for your order through platforms such as Printful, Printify, Gelato, or similar vendors.
These items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

the product arrives damaged;

the product has a manufacturing defect;
-
the wrong item is sent due to a fulfillment error.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

ordering the wrong size;

ordering the wrong color;
-
entering the wrong address;
-
buyer’s remorse;

postal delays outside our control;
-
slight color variation between screen and printed product;

failure to read the product description.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Include:

a clear description of the issue;

clear photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.
8. Handmade, Custom, or Physical Products
Some physical products may be handmade, customized, bundled, laminated, packaged, or assembled by CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co.
Return eligibility depends on the product type and condition.
Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.
Non-returnable physical items may include:

If a return is approved, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
9. Free Offers, Bonuses, and Promotional Items
Free products, bonuses, giveaways, promotional materials, complimentary downloads, bonus files, and free access offers are not eligible for refunds, returns, replacements, or cash value.
This applies even if shipping, handling, or processing fees were paid.

11. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing a class, replay, digital file, or product, contact us as soon as possible.
A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund.
We may attempt to provide:

a replacement file;

access instructions;

platform support direction;
-
an alternate delivery method when reasonable.
You are responsible for having a working device, internet connection, email access, and the ability to open standard digital files.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a question about a charge, contact us first so we can review the issue.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in:

revoked access to products, classes, replays, or memberships;

cancellation of future services;

refusal of future purchases;

submission of purchase records, access logs, delivery confirmations, and policy acceptance records to the payment processor.
