Create a body of people who remember, return, and carry the work forward.
Service Description
📣 CEO DRIVEHER™ COMMUNITY & MARKETING CLASS 📅 Scheduling to be finalized | 5:00 PM ET 🔔 Live on Zoom • Replay Included BUILD A COMMUNITY WITH MEMORY™ Create a body of people who remember, return, and carry the work forward. 📣 A community becomes stronger when people know what came before them—and can recognize what they are part of now. BUILD A COMMUNITY WITH MEMORY™ is a live class about creating continuity inside a community so valuable ideas, shared language, recurring lessons, milestones, traditions, and member experiences do not disappear into an endless feed. You will learn how to preserve the parts of your work that deserve to be remembered, help newer members understand the history they are joining, and create recurring points of recognition that make the community feel connected across time. This is not about nostalgia or repeating the same content forever. It is about deciding what deserves to be documented, revisited, celebrated, taught again, or retired so the community can build on its own history instead of constantly starting over. 🔔 IN THIS LIVE CLASS, YOU’LL LEARN: 📣 Why constant novelty can weaken community identity 📣 How to create shared language, reference points, and recurring themes without becoming exclusionary 📣 How archives, replays, newsletters, member stories, and documented milestones create continuity 📣 How annual traditions and recurring experiences give people a reason to return 📣 How to help new members enter without making longtime members feel forgotten 📣 What should be preserved, revisited, updated, celebrated, or retired 📣 How community memory supports retention, leadership continuity, and future teaching 🔔 WHEN YOU LEAVE, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO: ✔️ Build a Community Memory Map™ ✔️ Identify the ideas, stories, milestones, and traditions worth preserving ✔️ Create a simple archive and retrieval structure ✔️ Design at least one recurring tradition or annual touchpoint ✔️ Create a clearer entry path for new members into the history of the work ✔️ Decide what old material still deserves a place in the community 📣 Within your first week, you should be able to organize one part of your archive, document one meaningful piece of community history, and establish one recurring way for people to reconnect with the work. If everything disappears after the post, the community has no memory to build upon.
