Many microbusiness owners do have something to sell. The problem is that the offer is buried, the message is unclear, the link path is messy, the follow-up is weak, or the customer does not know what to do next. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a Business Infrastructure private session with CEO DriveHer. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below. ⚜️ Booking Approval + Payment All bookings are manually reviewed. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or permanently reserve your session. If approved, CEO DriveHer will send an invoice. The invoice must be paid immediately to confirm your appointment. Your session is not finalized until payment is received. No loyalty points, discounts, coupons, credits, or promotions may be applied unless CEO DriveHer approves an exception in writing. ▪️ Refunds + Rescheduling All private consulting sessions are 100% non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued after purchase. One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the original time. No extra time will be added. ▪️ Session Format This is a private online session by video conference unless otherwise stated. Please arrive prepared, focused, and ready to work. ▪️ Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their own business decisions, implementation, platform accounts, passwords, content, customer communication, and follow-through after the session. Do not share passwords, payment information, private client records, or sensitive access credentials during the session. ▪️ Scope + Disclaimer CEO DriveHer does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, fiduciary, HR, compliance, or professional advice. Sessions are educational and organizational in nature. CEO DriveHer may end a session without refund if a client is abusive, inappropriate, disruptive, or refuses to respect the stated boundaries.
