Hire Me As Your Boss™ is a private 45-day execution engagement for business owners who do not need more ideas—they need structure, direct guidance, accountability, deadlines, and follow-through. This is not soft coaching, a venting session, or one long consultation filled with more notes. This is execution. ⚜️ WHAT YOU RECEIVE ✓ Complimentary 90-Minute Boss Assignment & Execution Mapping Session This session is in addition to your paid time and does not count toward your 210 execution minutes. During this session, we will identify the primary project, decide what I will officially be “the boss” of, define the finish line, set priorities and deadlines, identify obstacles, and determine how your paid minutes should be used. ✓ 210 Minutes of Private Execution Support Your 210 paid minutes are not one single session. They are divided into multiple private meetings throughout the 45-day engagement. Sessions may be 10, 20, 30, or 45 minutes depending on your project, schedule, deadlines, and accountability needs. You must check in at least twice per week, even when a meeting is only 10 minutes. Some clients may require more frequent check-ins. ⚜️ WHAT WE MAY WORK ON ✓ Websites, offers, links, and calls to action ✓ Emails, sales pages, blogs, or content plans ✓ Short-form video and visibility tasks ✓ Projects, drafts, decisions, and unfinished business actions You do the work. I direct, review, correct, inspect progress, and apply the pressure necessary to help you finish. ⚜️ WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU ✓ Arrive prepared to show your work ✓ Open the required documents, accounts, or platforms ✓ Complete assignments between meetings ✓ Accept direct feedback and correction ✓ Meet established deadlines ✓ Communicate honestly when work is incomplete ⚜️ IMPORTANT All 210 paid minutes must be used within 45 calendar days of your official start date. Unused minutes expire, do not roll over, are not transferable, and are not refundable. Missed meetings, late cancellations, and late arrivals may reduce your remaining time. You are not hiring me to do the work for you. You are hiring me to make sure the work moves. Investment: $797
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a Private Execution session with CEO DriveHer. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below. ⚜️ Booking Approval + Payment All bookings are manually reviewed. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or permanently reserve your session. If approved, CEO DriveHer will send an invoice. The invoice must be paid immediately to confirm your appointment. Your session is not finalized until payment is received. No loyalty points, discounts, coupons, credits, or promotions may be applied unless CEO DriveHer approves an exception in writing. ▪️ Refunds + Rescheduling All private consulting sessions are 100% non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued after purchase. One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the original time. No extra time will be added. ▪️ Session Format This is a private online working session by video conference unless otherwise stated. Please arrive prepared, focused, and ready to work live. ▪️ Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their own business decisions, platform accounts, passwords, content, publishing, implementation, and follow-through after the session. Do not share passwords, payment information, private client records, confidential files, or sensitive access credentials during the session. ▪️ Scope + Disclaimer CEO DriveHer does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, fiduciary, technical security, HR, compliance, or professional advice. Sessions are educational, organizational, and execution-supportive in nature. CEO DriveHer helps clients organize information, clarify decisions, identify operational gaps, and work through structured business tasks. Clients remain responsible for all final decisions, approvals, publishing, submissions, purchases, platform actions, and professional guidance. ▪️ Professional Conduct Professional conduct is required. CEO DriveHer may end a session without refund if a client is abusive, inappropriate, disruptive, unprepared, or refuses to respect the stated boundaries. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
