Service Description
📣 CEO DRIVEHER™ WINTER 2026 LIVE CLASS 📅 Sunday, December 6, 2026 | 5:00 PM ET 🔔 Live on Zoom • Replay Included THE 2027 BUSINESS EDIT™ Decide what earns a place in the next business year. 📣 Do not carry something into 2027 just because you already spent time, money, or energy on it in 2026. THE 2027 BUSINESS EDIT™ is a live year-end working class for business owners who need to make deliberate decisions before another calendar year begins. You will review the offers, tools, expenses, projects, systems, obligations, and customer pathways that shaped your business this year and decide what has actually earned the right to continue. This is not a vision-board class and it is not generic goal setting. It is an operational edit: keep what is useful, correct what is weak, combine what is duplicated, and cut what no longer deserves resources. 🔔 IN THIS LIVE CLASS, YOU’LL LEARN: 📣 How to evaluate offers by demand, profitability, usefulness, burden, and strategic fit 📣 How to decide which subscriptions, platforms, software, and recurring expenses deserve renewal 📣 How to identify work that creates activity without producing meaningful return 📣 Which customer relationships and communication channels deserve deeper investment 📣 How to decide whether unfinished projects should be completed, redesigned, archived, or released 📣 How to review recurring obligations before they automatically follow you into January 📣 How to identify systems that need correction before you add anything new 📣 How to separate a temporary slow period from a structurally weak offer 📣 How to choose a smaller number of serious priorities for 2027 🔔 WHEN YOU LEAVE, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO: ✔️ Complete your Keep, Correct, Combine, or Cut™ review ✔️ Build a 2027 renewal, retirement, and priority list ✔️ Decide what unfinished business still deserves attention ✔️ Identify what is consuming resources without earning its place ✔️ Set a cleaner operating direction before the new year begins 📣 Within your first week, you should be able to cancel, close, combine, correct, or recommit to the items that matter most—so January does not begin with a pile of inherited decisions. The goal is not to enter 2027 carrying more. The goal is to enter carrying what still earns its place.
