Service Description
📣 CEO DRIVEHER™ FALL 2026 LIVE CLASS 📅 Sunday, November 15, 2026 | 5:00 PM ET 🔔 Live on Zoom • Replay Included THE BUSINESS CONTINUITY BINDER™ Document what keeps the business running when normal access fails. 📣 If you were unavailable tomorrow, could someone responsible figure out what must happen next? THE BUSINESS CONTINUITY BINDER™ is a live working class about preserving the operational memory of your business before a disruption forces you to reconstruct it under pressure. You will learn how to document the information, responsibilities, recurring obligations, contacts, workflows, and recovery instructions that keep essential operations moving during illness, device loss, platform failure, travel, emergency, or an unexpected absence. This is not a decorative binder class, and it is not about printing passwords. It is about creating a continuity system another responsible person can actually understand and use. 🔔 IN THIS LIVE CLASS, YOU’LL LEARN: 📣 What belongs in a continuity binder—and what should never be printed 📣 How to identify the operations your business cannot afford to forget 📣 How to document vendors, accounts, payment systems, customer communication, fulfillment, and recurring obligations 📣 How to map critical workflows without creating a massive operations manual 📣 How to create emergency-access instructions without exposing passwords, private keys, or sensitive credentials 📣 Which records need paper copies, offline copies, secure backups, or duplicate storage 📣 How to assign decision authority and responsibilities during your absence 📣 How to connect the binder to digital backups, recovery plans, and regular reviews 🔔 WHEN YOU LEAVE, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO: ✔️ Build the section map for your Business Continuity Binder™ ✔️ Identify your most critical operations, records, contacts, and dependencies ✔️ Document what another responsible person would need to know first ✔️ Separate continuity information from sensitive credentials ✔️ Create a backup and review schedule that keeps the binder current ✔️ Identify at least one continuity gap that needs to be fixed immediately 📣 Within your first week, you should be able to assemble the core structure of your binder, document your highest-priority operations, and create clear instructions for what happens if normal access to you, your device, or a key platform suddenly fails. Convenience is not continuity. Documentation is operational stewardship.
