Service Description

📣 CEO DRIVEHER™ YEAR-END GATHERING 📅 Scheduling to be finalized | 5:00 PM ET 🔔 Live on Zoom • Replay Included THE OPERATOR’S TABLE™ A guided year-end roundtable for serious operators. 📣 Some of the most important business decisions begin with a better conversation. THE OPERATOR’S TABLE™ is a year-end gathering for business owners who want to examine what actually happened inside their operation—not simply rush into another list of goals. There is no massive slide deck and no pressure to manufacture a new vision for January. Instead, we will use a short opening framework, guided questions, and live discussion to examine what worked, what became unnecessarily difficult, what still needs repair, and what should not follow you into another operating year. This is not networking for the sake of networking. Come prepared to think, listen, contribute, and talk honestly about the condition of the work. 🔔 BRING TO THE TABLE: 📣 One thing that worked better than expected 📣 One thing you are ready to discontinue 📣 One part of the business that still needs repair 📣 One unresolved operating question 📣 One useful asset you created this year 🔔 AT THE TABLE, WE’LL EXAMINE: 📣 What the year revealed about your capacity, customers, offers, and systems 📣 What became harder or more complicated than it needed to be 📣 What deserves another season—and what has completed its usefulness 📣 Where the business remains fragile, unclear, expensive, or overly dependent 📣 Which unfinished asset should be completed, protected, repackaged, or released 📣 What decision you may have been postponing 📣 What still needs to be resolved before the next operating year begins 🔔 WHEN YOU LEAVE, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO: ✔️ Name what the year actually produced ✔️ Identify one serious repair priority ✔️ Make at least one discontinue, continue, or complete decision ✔️ Decide what should happen next with one unfinished asset ✔️ Frame one unresolved business question more clearly ✔️ Enter the next year with fewer loose ends competing for attention 📣 You do not need to leave the table with more goals. You need to leave knowing what deserves your attention next.
