The Vibe Code Clarity Session™ is a private 90-minute Zoom session for business owners, creators, and operators who have an idea for an app, web app, tracker, dashboard, calculator, client portal, or browser-based tool — but need help turning the idea into something clear, realistic, and buildable. This is not a coding bootcamp. This is not a software development agency service. This is not “we build the whole app for you.” This is a structured clarity session to help you define what you are actually trying to build before you waste money, hire the wrong person, overload the idea, or get lost inside AI coding tools. Many people hear about vibe coding, AI coding, app building, and no-code tools, then immediately try to build too much. The problem is usually not the idea. The problem is that the idea has not been structured into a simple first version. That is what we clarify. ⚜️ This session may help you: ▪️ Define the real purpose of the app or tool ▪️ Identify who the tool is for and what problem it solves ▪️ Decide whether it should be an app, web app, dashboard, tracker, form, calculator, or internal tool ▪️ Choose the first 3–5 core features ▪️ Create a “do not build yet” list to prevent bloat ▪️ Map the basic user flow ▪️ Think through privacy, security, data, and access concerns ▪️ Decide what AI, no-code, or developer support may be needed next This session is best for people who have an idea but need structure before execution. CEO DriveHer’s approach is analog-first, AI-assisted, and operator-controlled. We do not build technology just to feel advanced. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a Private Execution session with CEO DriveHer. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below. ⚜️ Booking Approval + Payment All bookings are manually reviewed. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or permanently reserve your session. If approved, CEO DriveHer will send an invoice. The invoice must be paid immediately to confirm your appointment. Your session is not finalized until payment is received. No loyalty points, discounts, coupons, credits, or promotions may be applied unless CEO DriveHer approves an exception in writing. ▪️ Refunds + Rescheduling All private consulting sessions are 100% non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be issued after purchase. One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the original time. No extra time will be added. ▪️ Session Format This is a private online working session by video conference unless otherwise stated. Please arrive prepared, focused, and ready to work live. ▪️ Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their own business decisions, platform accounts, passwords, content, publishing, implementation, and follow-through after the session. Do not share passwords, payment information, private client records, confidential files, or sensitive access credentials during the session. ▪️ Scope + Disclaimer CEO DriveHer does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, fiduciary, technical security, HR, compliance, or professional advice. Sessions are educational, organizational, and execution-supportive in nature. CEO DriveHer helps clients organize information, clarify decisions, identify operational gaps, and work through structured business tasks. Clients remain responsible for all final decisions, approvals, publishing, submissions, purchases, platform actions, and professional guidance. ▪️ Professional Conduct Professional conduct is required. CEO DriveHer may end a session without refund if a client is abusive, inappropriate, disruptive, unprepared, or refuses to respect the stated boundaries. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
